Always active growing up, Liz found group fitness in college as a way to stay fit and be a part of a healthy community. Since then, Liz has dedicated her career and education to sharing this passion of fitness and movement with others. She graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Exercise Biology and UNC-CH with a M.A. in Exercise Physiology. She is a certified group fitness instructor through the American Council of Exercise and a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She also has Schwinn cycling and reCharge Barre certifications. Her hope is to connect people to positive, supportive, and local fitness and wellness communities. She enjoys helping people find balance between work, life, and their fitness and wellness goals. Community is the most important part of her life and she strives to build communities of strong individuals in which they can achieve the quality of life they want and deserve. She welcomes you to join her for a workout, Liz’s innovative, yet accessible classes will encourage you to work outside of your comfort zone and grow stronger and more confident with each session! In her free time, Liz enjoys being outside, whether it is hiking, skiing or swimming. She is an avid traveler and can’t wait to see the world!
I am in love with Yoga TRX!!! Loved Renay’s yoga flow combining a killer core workout using the straps. I especially liked hanging upside down from the straps. It released so much tension in my hips! Thank you for introducing me to this class!
I love that Renee walks you through certain poses that beginners may not be familiar with and pushes the experienced ones to take the pose even further. Very nice pace either a newbie or experienced yogi!
