Are you ready to take your first class?
This is my first barre/yoga/trx class ever! what should I expect?
A great workout set to the latest music, whether you are looking to sweat, sculpt or simply stretch and relax , we got it all in one place.
We will always cheer you on to do the best that you can with modifications given through out the class. Expecting mamas to be or recovering from an injury? You can still take class? Just let the teacher know and modifications will provided during the class without ever calling your name.
Lots of personal attention! We work hard to remember everyone’s names, limitations, and preferences, so don’t be surprised if we call you by name and offer adjustments to personalize your class. If you prefer to not be adjusted simply let us know and we will respect your space.
A friendly, supportive class. Don't be surprised if your neighbors introduced themselves and help you get situated. We pride ourselves in the community that we have built.
How often should I come?
Clients typically see result in four weeks if they come 3 times a week or more.
As our name suggests we help accelerate change in your mind, body and spirit!

Sticky Socks are recommended for our Barre and TRX Classes and can be purchase in studio.
